Under lock down condition in the state of West Bengal, we the Engineering staffs with some news staffs of AIR Kolkata are working 24 X 7 for maintaining transmission all the RADIO channels ( AIR Gitanjali, AIR Sanchayata, DTH, Vividh Bharati, and FM Rainbow & FM Gold )without any interruptions. Our continuous efforts help our listeners in West Bengal state to get updated information about CORONA virus and other related information. We are also taking all sorts of safety precautions for the staffs attending the duty spot by providing liquid soap, alcoholic solution and sanitize to combat with COVID-19. We feel proud to involve ourselves by giving valuable information and guidance to our countrymen and women all day round. We are hopeful that we will be free from the CORONA virus within a very short period.We also hope that our people will follow the guideline given by the officials of our govt.
