"आकाशवाणी दिल्ली के हिन्दी वार्ता विभाग में जिन दिनों मुझे कार्यक्रम अधिशासी के रूप में वार्ताओं का अखिल भारतीय कार्यक्रम के प्रबंधन का कार्यभार सौंपा गया था, राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर एक विशेष परिचर्चा के प्रसारण की योजना बनाई गई ।

इस कार्यक्रम में भाग लेने हेतु श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी, डॉ नामवर सिंह, श्री राम विलास पासवान और श्री अजित जोगी को आमंत्रित किया गया था। यहाँ पोस्ट किए गए चित्र में सभी आमंत्रित प्रतिभागी रिकॉर्डिंग से पूर्व चर्चा करते हुए ।

श्री तन्वीरुल हक अंसारी, सहायक अभियंता, एच.पी.टी.जबलपुर दिनॉंक 31 जुलाई-2020 को सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं । दिनॉंक 01-12-1984 को उन्हौंने आकाशवाणी रायपुर से अपने सेवाकाल की शुरूवात की । इसके बाद उन्हौंने दूरदर्शन रिले केन्द्रों- दमोह, डोंगरगढ़ और मंडला में अपनी सेवाएं दीं । वे दूरदर्शन केन्द्र भोपाल में भी पदस्थ रहे । आदिवासी बहुल एलपीटी मंडला के बाद एचपीटी जबलपुर में उन्हौंने लंबे समय तक कार्य किया । उन्हें जो भी कार्य सौंपा जाता रहा वे पूरी लगन और निष्ठा से उस कार्य के प्रति सजग और समर्पित हो जाते । चाहे तकनीकी क्षेत्र हो या प्रशासनिक-उन्हौंने समयबद्ध और त्रुटिरहित कार्य किए और इन दोनों में दक्षता प्राप्त की । कंप्यूटर और इन्टरनेट के कार्य में वे कुशल हैं । वे नए ट्रान्समीटरों की स्थापना के कार्यो में सहभागी रहे और उनकी कार्यप्रणाली को समझा । जीएसटी से संबंधित समस्त कार्यो को उन्हौंने समझा और स्वयं किया ।

वे अपने लंबे सेवाकाल में हमेशा तटस्थता से, बिना किसी भी प्रकार का कोई प्रश्न किए हमेशा अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन करते रहे । उनके सहकर्मी जानते हैं कि वे किस हद तक कार्य में सहयोगी बनते थे । उनके लिए कोई काम कभी छोटा-बड़ा नहीं रहा और सभी सहकर्मी मित्रवत् रहे ।

उनकी सबसे बडी खूबी यही है कि किसी भी आकस्मिक या कठिन कार्य-परिस्थिति में वे हमेशा शान्त रहते हुए कार्य करते हैं । शायद ही किसी ने उन्हें कभी उॅचे स्वर में बात करते या विचलित होते देखा हो । इतने शान्त, सहनशील, मृदुभाषी और सौम्य व्यक्तित्व से सभी प्रभावित रहे ।

उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति पर हम सभी उनको यही शुभकामनाएं देते हैं कि वे जिंदगी का अगला चरण भी अपने परिवार और मित्रों के बीच सदा ।

Message from Shri Nadanalli Subhas

Dear Prasar Bharati Parivar Members,

I am retiring from Government Service on attaining the age of my superannuation after putting 32 years and 9 months of valuable service on the afternoon of 31-07-2020. I joined as Engineering Assistant 29.10.1987 at Doordarshan Kendra, Kalaburgi (Gulbarga). I worked as Engineering Assistant and Senior Engineering Assistant at TVRC, Belagavi (Belgaum). I worked as an Assistant Engineer at TVRC, Padampur, ( DMC, Bhavanipama ) Doordarshan Kendra, Guwahati, TVRC, Belagavi (Belgaum), and Doordarshan HPT, Dharwad.

As I am retire from my position this month I want to thank you giving me such wonderful opportunity to work, learn and grow with this organization. Working for this organization has contributed greatly to both my personal and professional development. I leave with my many memories to cherish for the rest of my life.

I want to express my sincere gratitude for the support all of you have offered me over the entire service span. I have shared a wonderful work relationship as well as friendship. All of your support made working with this organization and enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Dear Friends & Colleagues,

I really find it hard to believe that the day has finally dawned. Of course, this day is decided the very moment you join office... but the Kaleidoscopic maze of a span of 37 years, or over 13,000 days does not offer you the chance to think about your own retirement day! But now that the day is concretely visible, I can now steal a moment to sit back, relax and reflect upon my evolution in the Institution — and each one of you has been an active ingredient in the process. I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to all of you across the country for contributing positively in this journey spanning early four decades.

This Mahayatra of my career took me to different places & phases of varied shades & textures; Duty Room to sports, Drama to heading a Capital Station, Spoken Word to Policy in the Directorate General. And at every stage, one amongst you was present, either to guide me or support me.

I even include my juniors, seniors and colleagues from other cadres whom I say that. It is this personal association that I shall miss most, next month onwards. But as they say, a programmer at heart never retires. I would like to believe in that. With the fervent hope that you will carry on the good work with your wealth of experience.......

आकाशवाणी औरंगाबाद के वरिष्ठ उदघोषक श्री मंगेश वाघमारे आज दि. 31 जुलाई 2020 को सेवा निवृत्त हो रहे है । श्री वाघमारे अंबड(जि. जालना) के रहने वाले है लेकिन 1986 से 2017 तक करीब 31 साल वे आकाशवाणी पुणे केंद्र पर एक सफल एवं लोकप्रिय उदघोषक के रूप में कार्य करते रहे | 2017 से आज तक वे आकाशवाणी औरंगाबाद में कार्यरत है ।

संगीत के अच्छे जानकार (स्वयं संतुर वादक) तथा उत्कृष्ट सादरीकरण के कारण उन्हे अनेक संस्थाओ द्वारा पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया गया ।

आज इस उपलक्ष्य में आकाशवाणी औरंगाबाद केंद्र पर उन्हे भावभिनी विदायी दी गयी ।

It's with great sadness & of course trembling fingers, I'm attempting this post to convey the sad demise of Shri Autar Krishen Rahbar, a proud son of #kasheer, the roots of which he nurtured by writing innumerable books justifiably glorifying its men, minds, nature, sanctity, Rishi Cult, grandeur of Shavism to name a few. He didn't stop there. As planner & producer of iconic programmes over the then known Radio Kashmir, he show-cased origin & evolution of kashmiri language & literature in appropriate radio genres & ,in a way, brought back to life something that hitherto lay in extinct or moribund state. He loved #Kashmir above all else.
Apart from Language & Literature chronicled by him, he, as a contemporary of AkhtarMuhi-ud-Din, Hari Krishan Kaul, Hriday Kaul Bharati, Bansi Nirdosh etc introduced plots & themes new & novel to kashmiri fiction which of course will immortalise him.
He handed over his soul to the Creator late last night.
COUNTRY LOSES A MAN OF LETTERS, A LITERATEUR OF EMINENCE, A BROADCATER WITH DIFFERENCE, A GENTLEMAN WHOSE EYES REMAINED PERENNIALLY MOIST AFTER HE RELUCTANTLY LEFT THE VALLEY.
Finally he chose another heaven in God's kingdom. May he get eternal peace.

Here are excerpts from her retiring note ....

In my 36 years career with the Government of India, the COVID-19 period was one of the challenging one.

It was my good fortunate to have colleagues like you to support the organizations' efforts to ensure that the News Services Division broadcasts News and Current Affairs programmes without any breakdown and with quality and information people wanted to hear during this period. It was very satisfying to see the enthusiasm and creativity with much you and your team contributed to the prestige to All India Radio News. With your contribution in meeting the minor and major challenges that came during this period, the organization has come out as a forerunner in dissemination of information to general public all over the country.

As I superannuate on 31st July, 2020, I recall the efforts of people like you and who have proved to be great asset for the organisation. I place on record my sense of gratitude and appreciation for the dedication, sincerity and commitment and extra effort put in by you and your team.

Your leadership qualities and keenness to take up challenges will take you a long way, I am sure you will be an asset to whichever organisation you belong.

कठिनाइयां कितनी भी हो, जब लक्ष्य को पाने की चाहत प्रबल हो तो दुनिया की कोई भी ताकत आपको आपके मंज़िल तक पहुँचने से नहीं रोक सकता। यह सिर्फ कहने की बात नहीं है बल्कि एक सच्चाई है। हमारे समाज में ऐसे कई उदाहरण हैं जहाँ आर्थिक, सामाजिक और पारिवारिक चुनौतियों का सामना करते हुए लोग सफलता की कहानी लिखे हैं। हमारी आज की कहानी भी एक ऐसे ही शख्स के इर्द-गिर्द घूम रही है, जिन्होंने बचपन से ही चुनौतियों का सामना किया और हार ना मानते हुए अपने-आप को इसका मुकाबला करने के काबिल बनाया। आज वह शख्स हमारे बीच एक सफल प्रशासनिक ऑफिसर के रूप में विराजमान हैं।

मराठवाड़ा के शेलगांव में पैदा लिए अंसार शेख देश के सबसे युवा आईएएस ऑफिसर में से एक हैं लेकिन उनके संघर्ष की कहानी बेहद प्रेरणादायक है। उनके पिता ऑटो रिक्शा चलाते और माँ खेतिहर मजदूर थी। बचपन से ही दो जून की रोटी के लिए संघर्ष करते हुए वे बड़े हुए। एक सूखाग्रस्त इलाका होने की वजह से यहाँ खेती भी सही से नहीं हो पाती थी। गाँव के ज्यादातर लोग शराब की शिकार में डूब चुके थे। अंसार के पिता भी हर दिन शराब पीकर आधी रात को घर आते और गाली-गलौज करते। इन सब के बीच पले-बढ़े अंसार ने छोटी उम्र में शिक्षा की अहमियत को पहचान चुके थे। दिनों-दिन चरमराती आर्थिक स्थिति को देखते हुए लोगों ने उनके पिता ने उनकी पढ़ाई छुड़वा देने के लिए कहा।

उस दौर को याद करते हुए अंसार कहते हैं कि “जब मैं चौथी कक्षा में था, तब मेरे रिश्तेदारों ने पिता पर मेरी पढ़ाई छुड़वा देने का दबाव डाला।”

अंसार बचपन से ही एक मेधावी छात्र थे। जब उनके पिता ने उनकी पढ़ाई बंद करवाने के लिए शिक्षक से संपर्क किया तो, सबने उनके पिता को बहुत समझाया कि यह बच्चा होनहार है और इसमें आपके परिवार की परिस्थिति तक बदलने की ताकत है। उसके बाद पिता ने उन्हें कभी पढ़ाई-लिखाई के बारे में कुछ नहीं कहा। इससे अंसार को अपने लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने की दिशा में और मज़बूती मिली।

अंसार बताते हैं कि जब वे जिला परिषद के स्कूल में पढ़ते थे तो, मिड डे मील ही भूख मिटाने का जरिया हुआ करता था। यहाँ भोजन में उन्हें अक्सर कीड़े मिलते थे, लेकिन फिर भी भूख मिटाने के लिए उन्हें उसका ही सहारा लेना होता था। समय बीतता गया और बारहवीं में उन्होंने 91 फीसदी अंक के साथ परीक्षा पास की। यह उनके सफलता का पहला पायदान थी। बारहवीं में उनके अभूतपूर्व प्रदर्शन ने न सिर्फ उनके परिवारवालों का विश्वास जीता बल्कि पूरे गाँव में लोग उन्हें एक अलग ही नज़र से देखने लगे।

मराठी माध्यम से पढ़ाई करने और पिछड़े माहौल में रहने के कारण अंसार की सबसे बड़ी कमजोरी उनकी अंग्रेजी थी। फिर भी उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी। घरवालों की सहायता से उन्होंने पुणे के नामचीन फर्गुसन कॉलेज में दाखिला लिया। उनके पिता हर महीने आय का एक छोटा हिस्सा उन्हें भेजते, उसी से उनका गुजारा चलता था। कॉलेज के पहले वर्ष ही उन्हें यूपीएससी परीक्षा के बारे में जानकारी मिली और फिर क्या था उन्होंने इसे ही अपना लक्ष्य बना लिया। उन्होंने भरपूर मेहनत की और साल 2015 में रिजल्ट घोषित हुए तो उनकी मेहनत का साक्षी हर कोई था। उन्होंने 21 वर्ष की उम्र में अपने पहले प्रयास में ही सफलता हासिल कर ली और देश के करोड़ों युवाओं के सामने मिसाल पेश की। परिस्थितियों का हवाला देकर जो लोग अपने लक्ष्य का त्याग कर देते हैं, अंसार शेख की सफलता उनके लिए एक मिसाल के तौर पर है। यदि पूरी दृढ़ इच्छाशक्ति के साथ आगे बढ़ें तो सफलता अवश्य हासिल होगी ।

Laxamanbhai S Dodia Tech., AIR Daman retired on super annuation on 31st July 2020.He joined this department on 24/02/1988 as a Helper at DDK Ahemedabad and joined at AIR Daman on promotion as a Technician on 17/05/2002.

Dear friends,

I ,P F A Pereira, Assistant Engineer retiring from AIR HPT PANAJI (BAMBOLIM) GOA, today that is 31/07/2020 on superannuation after completing 36 years of my glorious service in this department under I & B. Really I don't have words to express my gratitude towards this department, my colleagues with whom I worked ,the bosses under whom I worked and also my sub ordinates in engineering section ,all non technical administration and establishment section staff members etc. During all these years, I enjoyed my service; I gave my best to the office wherever I worked. I worked with full sincerity, devotion and to the best of my ability. I worked in, SW TR, MW TR etc. I am quite happy that whenever my services were required I was always there to give my best. This department gave me everything to me and my family. I am just feeling that I am leaving my 2nd home after serving 36 years. During all these glorious years of my life in the department, I gained lot of knowledge of MW TR, SW TR, Short wave Aerials, high voltage switch gears, High KVA transformers and related equipments. This knowledge is gift to me from this department. For all these years, I deep heartedly thank all my Engineering bosses under whom I got an opportunity to work and flourish and could display my talent and capabilities because without their support, it would not have been possible to achieve this mile stone. Equally important was active and positive support from my fellow colleagues , sub ordinate staff members from Engineering section and administration , establishment sections, casual contract persons, security guards and all those unknown persons ,I came across while discharging my duties. With all these sweet memories, I am demitting my office with effect from 1st August 2020. During all these years, while discharging my duties ,if anybody is hurt by my actions, speech , behavior or any other way directly or indirectly, then I hereby apologize to them and expect them to forgive me. Once again big thanks to all for kind support and encouragement.
