पटना डीडी के पूर्व समाचार संपादक गुलाम मोहम्मद मुस्तफा का निधन

पटना दूरदर्शन केंद्र के पूर्व समाचार संपादक गुलाम मोहम्मद मुस्तफा का रविवार को इंतकाल हो गया। गुरु ग्राम के मेदांता अस्पताल में उन्होंने आखिरी सांसें लीं। वे ब्लड कैंसर से पीड़ित थे। पिछले कई माह से उनका इलाज इसी अस्पताल में चल रहा था।

भारतीय सूचना सेवा के वरीष्ठ अधिकारी मुस्तफा लगभग 73 वर्ष के थे। वे मूल रूप से दरभंगा के बहेरी माडगा गांव के रहने वाले थे। उनका परिवार दरभंगा में रहता है।

सोमवार को दरभंगा में उनके जनाजे की नमाज होगी और दरभंगा में ही उन्हें सुपुर्द-ए-खाक किया जाएगा। उन्होंने पटना में दूरदर्शन के अलावा आकाशवाणी व पीआईबी में भी सेवाएं दीं।

Nitish condoles death of veteran scribe Ghulam Md. Mustafa

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today condoled the death of veteran journalist Ghulam Muhammad Mustafa, who passed away at a hospital in Gurgaon yesterday.
In his condolence message, Kumar described Mustafa as a person "devoted to his duties" and prayed for succour to his bereaved family members and friends.

A retired Indian Information Service officer of the 1969 batch, Mustafa began his career in New Delhi with the Press Information Bureau.

He came to Patna as an Additional Information Director at PIB and later served as a News Editor at All India Radio and Doordarshan here.

Mustafa retired from service in 2005. The 73-year-old journalist is survived by wife and a daughter.

He was given a burial at his native village Motgha in Darbhanga district where his mortal remains were brought from Gurgaon. PTI NAC JM

पटना – मुख्यमंत्री नीतीश कुमार ने दूरदर्शन केन्द्र पटना के पूर्व समाचार सम्पादक एवं भारतीय सूचना सेवा के सेवानिवृत अधिकारी गुलाम मोहम्मद मुस्तफा के निधन पर गहरी शोक संवेदना व्यक्त की। उन्होंने अपने शोक संदेश में कहा कि वे एक कर्तव्यनिष्ठ पदाधिकारी थे। मुख्यमंत्री ने दिवंगत आत्मा की चिर शान्ति तथा उनके परिजनों एवं प्रशंसकों को दुःख की इस घड़ी में धैर्य धारण करने की शक्ति प्रदान करने की ईश्वर से प्रार्थना की है।

Tagline/Slogan Creation Competition for National Human Rights Commission. Last Date is 30th April, 2018

The National Human Rights Commission was set up on the 12th October, 1993 under the Protection of Human Rights Act passed by Parliament. The functions and powers of the Commission with regard to promotion and protection of human rights in the country are elucidated in Section – 12, Chapter – III of the PHR Act . 

The faith of the people in its functioning reflects in the increasing number of complaints it has been receiving over the years. The Commission is completing 25 years of its existence on the 12th October, 2018. It would want the people of the country to join the Commission in celebrating the silver jubilee of an institution dedicated to protecting and promoting their rights. Therefore, as part of a specific note of participation, the Commission requests all the people of the country to suggest a Tagline/Slogan for the NHRC, India to mark the occasion and participate in this online competition. There will be totally three cash awards of Rs. 20,000/-, 15,000/- and 10,000/- for first, second and third best Tagline/Slogan, which will also be given the certificates.

जयपुर में पड़ी थी, ओम शिवपुरी के अभिनय की नीव.... .. जयपुर रेडियो स्टेशन परिसर में कभी गूंजते थे ओम शिवपुरी के ठहाके

जयपुर में प्रेम प्रकाश टॉकीज़ के पास “छप्परवाड़’ के नाम से मशहूर चाय ढाबा, एमआई रोड स्थित इंडियन कॉफी हाउस और जयपुर रेडियो स्टेशन परिसर में कभी मित्र मंडली के बीच ओम शिवपुरी के ठहाके गूंजते थे। इस मंडली में होते थे जयपुर आकाशवाणी से जुड़े पिंचू कपूर, नंदलाल शर्मा, वीर सक्सेना, भारत रत्न भार्गव, हनुमान शर्मा और कभी कभी जूनियर आर्टिस्ट गोवर्धन असरानी जो मित्रों के बीच “चोंच’ के नाम से मशहूर थे और फिल्मों में जाकर असरानी के नाम से विख्यात हुए।

यहीं से ओम शिवपुरी की बुलंद आवाज जयपुर से दिल्ली होते हुए मुंबई तक पहुंची और 175 से अधिक फिल्मों में अभिनय किया। उस समय साठ का दशक दस्तक दे रहा था, जब जयपुर रेडियो स्टेशन पर नाटकों के लिए ओम शिवपुरी ने जोधपुर से जयपुर आना शुरू किया। नाटकों में दिलचस्पी के चलते फिर उन्होंने जयपुर में ही अपना स्थायी निवास बना लिया। 
यह वो वक्त था जब सुधा शर्मा जयपुर रेडियो स्टेशन पर काम करती थीं। यहीं पर ओम शिवपुरी और सुधा शर्मा की मोहब्बत परवान चढ़ी। तब दोनों एकसाथ जयपुर छोड़कर दिल्ली गए और राष्ट्रीय नाट्य विद्यालय (एनएसडी) में प्रवेश ले लिया। विवाह के बाद सुधा शर्मा से सुधा शिवपुरी बनी ये वही अभिनेत्री हैं, जिन्होंने चर्चित टीवी सीरियल “क्योंकि सास भी कभी बहू थी’ में “बा’ की भूमिका से देशभर में अपनी पहचान बनाई। शादी के बाद दोनों ने जयपुर के मॉर्डन स्कूल में नौकरी भी की। एनएसडी में अपने समय के विख्यात रंगकर्मी इब्राहिम अलकाजी से प्रशिक्षण लेने के बाद ओम शिवपुरी 1964 में “एनएसडी रेपरटरी कंपनी’ के पहले मुखिया बने। एनएसडी से निकलने के बाद ओम शिवपुरी और सुधा ने दिल्ली में नाट्य संस्था “दिशांतर’ स्थापित की। इसमें ओम शिवपुरी ने अभिनय के साथ कई नाटक निर्देशित किए जिनमें मोहन राकेश के “आधे अधूरे’, विजय तेंदुलकर के “खामोश, अदालत जारी है’ और गिरीश कर्नाड के ऐतिहासिक नाटक “तुगलक’ की देशभर में चर्चा हुई। बाद में ओम शिवपुरी ने फिल्मों की ओर रुख किया और उनकी पहली फिल्म थी मणि कौल की “आषाढ़ का एक दिन’ (1971)। इसके बाद उन्होंने गुलजार की फिल्म “कोशिश’ (1972) में अभिनय किया। गुलजार को उनका काम इतना पसंद आया कि उन्होंने लगभग हर फिल्म में उन्हें मौका दिया। ओम शिवपुरी 1974 में दिल्ली से 1500 रु. लेकर मुंबई पहुंचे, लेकिन अगले ही साल उन्होंने अपना मकान बना लिया। ओम शिवपुरी फिल्म “फूल बने अंगारे’ की शूटिंग के लिए मद्रास गए तो एक बार रात को 11 बजे उन्होंने पत्नी सुधा को फोन कर ताश खेलने की इजाजत मांगी। इस पर सुधा ने कहा लोग सुन रहे होंगे तो आप पर हंसेंगे। ओम शिवपुरी की यह आखिरी आवाज थी, जो सुधा ने सुनी। 16 अक्टूबर, 1991 को उनका 54 वर्ष की उम्र में निधन हो गया। राजस्थान संगीत नाटक अकादमी को सलाम करना चाहिए, जो हर साल उनकी पुण्यतिथि पर जोधपुर में 5 दिन ड्रामा फेस्टिवल करती है।

एनएसडी मानता है-रंगमंच के महान अभिनेताओं में से थे ओम शिवपुरी

एनएसडी की ओर से प्रकाशित “भारतीय रंग कोश’ के दूसरे खंड “रंग व्यक्तित्व’ में लिखा गया है-”आजादी के बाद भारतीय हिंदी रंगमंच के यदि हम तीन महान अभिनेताओं का नाम लेना चाहें तो ओम शिवपुरी उनमें से एक होंगे। पहले पृथ्वीराज कपूर, जिन्हें अतिरंजित पारसी और संतुलित अभिनय के बीच की कड़ी कहा जा सकता है। दूसरे ओम शिवपुरी, जिन्हें आधुनिक हिंदी रंगमंच का मानक अभिनेता कहा जा सकता है। और तीसरे मनोहर सिंह, जिन्हें हिंदी रंगमंच के प्रयोगशील दौर के अभिनेता के रूप में जाना जाता है। जयपुर के वरिष्ठ रंगकर्मी सरताज माथुर कहते हैं-”यदि वे फिल्मों में नहीं जाते तो राजस्थान रंगकर्म का वे एक बड़ा नाम होते।’

खुद तैयार किया शादी का मंडप


जयपुर रेडियो स्टेशन परिसर के घने दरख्तों की छांव में ओम शिवपुरी और सुधा शर्मा के बीच प्यार के अंकुर फूटे। इसके कोई 9 साल बाद 1968 में दोनों का विवाह हुआ। इसे याद करते हुए सुधा शिवपुरी ने एक बार कहा था-"मेरी अपनी ही बिरादरी के एक अमीर लड़के से विवाह की बात चली और वह मुझे देखने आया। इससे ओम का दिल टूट गया। कुछ दिन बाद मिला तो उसने दाढ़ी बढ़ाई हुई थी और देवदास जैसा हाल बना रखा था। मैंने उसे बताया कि अभी बात पक्की नहीं हुई है। तब उसकी जान में जान आई।'

घरवालों की इच्छा के विरुद्ध रची गई इस शादी में शामिल हुए जयपुर के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार वीर सक्सेना बताते हैं-"विवाह दिल्ली में बंगाली मार्केट के पास बाबर लेन वाले उस मकान में हुआ, जिसमें ओम शिवपुरी रहते थे। हमने देखा कि सुधा सहेलियों के साथ विवाह का मंडप तैयार कर रही थी। विवाह में 30-40 लोग शामिल हुए जिनमें ओम शिवपुरी के अभिभावक बने विख्यात साहित्यकार मोहन राकेश और सुधा के अभिभावक की भूमिका विख्यात कवि सर्वेश्वर दयाल सक्सेना ने निभाई।'

आकाशवाणी खंडवा से उद्यानिकी कृषक सम्मलेन और कृषि उन्नति मेला 2018 का प्रसारण आज....

आकाशवाणी खंडवा द्वारा स्थानीय कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र खंडवा के प्रांगण में दिनांक 17 मार्च 2018 दिन  शनिवार को कृषि उन्नति मेला 2018 के अंतर्गत उद्यानिकी कृषक सम्मलेन आयोजित किया गया जिसमें किसान भाइयो को कृषि की उन्नत तकनीकों की जानकारी दी गई साथ ही खेती से आय दुगुनी करने के लिए उद्यानिकी,  पशुपालन,  मत्स्यपालन, रेशम,  जैविक खेती,  फसल चक्र जैसे महत्वपूर्ण बिन्दुओं पर कृषक सम्मलेन में वैज्ञानिकों ने अपने विचार  किसान भाइयो को बताये।  
किसान सम्मलेन में मुख्य अतिथि खंडवा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विधायक श्री देवेंद्र वर्मा और पंधाना विधानसभा क्षेत्र के विधायक श्रीमती योगिता बोरकर शामिल हुए।  कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता कृषि महाविद्यालय खंडवा के अधिष्ठाता डॉ पी.पी.शास्त्री ने की।  किसान सम्मलेन में लगभग 1000 किसानों ने कृषक सम्मलेन का लाभ लिया।   
कार्यक्रम के अध्यक्ष डॉ पी.पी. शास्त्री ने किसान भाइयो को कृषि की नई तकनीक से खेती करने और अपने आप को वर्तमान समय में अपडेट रहने की सलाह ताकि परम्परागत खेती के साथ साथ उन्नत विधियों का प्रयोग कर आय को बढ़ाया जा सके।  इस कृषक सम्मलेन की विशेष बात यह रही कि, भारतीय कृषि अनुसंधान परिषद् द्वारा नई दिल्ली में आयोजित कृषि उन्नति मेला 2018  का माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा शुभारंभ किया गया और देश के विभिन्न प्रदेशों में प्रस्तावित 25  नये कृषि विज्ञान केंद्रों का आनलाइन शिलान्यास किया गया। मेले में माननीय प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा जैविक खेती से संबंधित वेबसाइट पोर्टल का बटन दबाकर उद्घाटन भी किया गया।  
साथ ही कृषि उत्पादन के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन करने वाले राज्यों को कृषि कर्मण पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। इसके अन्तर्गत मध्यप्रदेश को सर्वाधिक गेंहू उत्पादन के लिए कृषि कर्मण पुरस्कार दिया गया।  इसके बाद माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी  ने किसान भाइयो को संबोधित किया और उनके संबोधन को वेबकास्टिंग के द्वारा देश के सभी कृषि विज्ञान केंद्रों में लगी स्क्रीन के माध्यम से किसानों को दिखाया और सुनाया गया।  आकाशवाणी खंडवा से कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र खंडवा में आयोजित उद्यानिकी कृषक सम्मेलन की रिकॉर्डिंग का प्रसारण 21 मार्च 2018 को शाम 5.30 बजे किया जाएगा, प्रस्तुतकर्ता  हैं असीम कैथवास।

अवसर UP में 18 मार्च को रेडियो गोष्ठी

इलेक्ट्रॉनिक एवं प्रिंट मीडिया का फोकस ग्रामीण परिवेश की तरफ हो, तभी गांव, गरीब तथा किसान-मजदूर की समस्याओं पर चर्चा संभव है | लगातार ग्रामीण समस्याएं बढ़ती जा रही है | यह उदगार बीबीसी हिंदी सेवा के पूर्व राज्य संवाददाता एवं वरिष्ठ पत्रकार श्री राम दत्त त्रिपाठी जी ने सिंहपुर क्षेत्र जैतपुर गांव स्थित पंचायत भवन पर आयोजित रेडियो गोष्ठी कार्यक्रम में रेडियो श्रोताओं को संबोधित करते हुए व्यक्त किए | भारतीय रेडियो श्रोता संघ के तत्वावधान में रविवार 18 मार्च 2018 को आयोजित गोष्ठी को संबोधित करते हुए श्री त्रिपाठी जी ने कहा कि देखने में आया है कि मीडिया का सारा फोकस शहरों व शहरीकरण की होकर रह गया है जबकि मीडिया का सही काम गांव में है क्योंकि किसानों, मजदूरों से लेकर महिलाओं, बच्चों की बड़ी समस्याएं हैं जिस पर चर्चा होना जरूरी होता है | आज भी रेडियो जैसे संचार माध्यम ग्रामीण समस्याओं और संस्कृति को संजोने का काम कर रहे हैं |

आकाशवाणी लखनऊ के कार्यक्रम अधिशासी डॉ प्रतुल जोशी जी ने प्रसार भारती की स्वायतता पर चर्चा करते हुए कहा कि आज जरूरत इस बात की है कि सरकार प्रसार भारती से जुड़े सभी संचार माध्यमों को अत्याधुनिक तकनीक की से जुड़ने के साथ उन्हें बीबीसी की तर्ज पर स्वायतता प्रदान करें | परंतु अभी भी स्वायतता की बात ही बेमानी लगती है क्योंकि निजीकरण के बादल कहीं प्रसार भारती को भी न अपने आगोश में ले ले | आकाशवाणी लखनऊ के कार्यक्रम अधिशासी डॉ सुनील कुमार राय ने पांच 'ज'की बात करते हुए कहा कि अब समस्या आ गया है कि जन, जमीन, जंगल, जल व जानवर को संरक्षित करने की आवश्यकता है | अन्यथा समस्त जन जीवन ही खतरे में है |

वरिष्ठ पत्रकार श्री राज बहादुर सिंह जी ने गोष्ठी को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज समाज को जागरुक करने की आवश्यकता है तभी विकास संभव है | इसके लिए समाज को शिक्षित होने की आवश्यकता है |पर्यावरण चिंतक श्री चंद्रभूषण तिवारी जी के पर्यावरणीय गीतों में गोष्ठी में मौजूद लोगों का मन मोह लिया | श्री तिवारी जी ने बताया कि मेरा लक्ष्य ग्यारह हजार पौधे रोपने का है | अभी तक दो लाख सत्तर हजार पौधों का रोपण कर चुका हूं |
आकाशवाणी फैजाबाद केंद्र के कार्यक्रम अधिशासी डॉ महेंद्र पाठक जी, रंगकर्मी व नाटककार डॉ अवधेश मिश्रा जी, नीलिमा शुक्ला जी, अर्जुन सिंह भदोरिया जी, बाराबंकी के वरिष्ठ पत्रकार श्री कृष्ण कुमार द्विवेदी उर्फ राजू भैया जी श्री एस. बी. सिंह जी आदि ने गोष्ठी को संबोधित किया | मंच संचालन श्री जितेंद्र मिश्र जी ने किया |

भारतीय रेडियो श्रोता संघ के अध्यक्ष श्री प्रमोद कुमार श्रीवास्तव जी ने सभी आगंतुकों का आभार जताया | इस अवसर पर श्री तेज नारायण मिश्र जी, श्री विनोद कुमार पांडे जी, श्री रमाकांत मिश्रा जी, श्री सुरेश सिंह जी, श्री संजीत सिंह जी, श्री राम राज राम कृष्ण जी व श्री मुनीश पांडे जी आदि बड़ी संख्या में श्रोता मौजूद रहे |

AIR FM LRS Dharmapuri, Tamilnadu invited Shri.K.Thirumal IFS, District Forest Officer, Dharmapuri in its weekly edition of Thagadoor Thagaval Live Interactive Programme broadcast on 21/03/2018 between 9am and 10am inconnection with World Forest Day. The guest explained various aspects of forest and how to protect our wild animals. He also briefed about various laws pertaining to forestry. He also cautioned about the wild forest fire and its risk for trekkers. The programme was co-ordinated by Shri.R.Murali PEX.

Inspiration-Inspiring Story of Karoly Takacs..!!

Karoly Takacs of the Hungarian Army, was top pistol shooter in the world for men’s rapid fire pistol.
He had won many national and international championship in shooting. He was preparing for Olympics 1940 and was expected to win Gold for his nation. But one day in 1938 during his army session a hand grade exploded in his right hand, his shooting hand and with the lost of his hand he also lost his dream of winning Gold in Olympics. He spend a month in hospital recovering. He decided that he is not gonna feel pity and held onto his Olympics dream. He figured that he had a fully functional and healthy Left arm. He chose to explore the world of possibilities.

Karoly had will to succeed. He decided to practice shooting with his left hand. Despite the fact that he was not left-handed, he was determined to make his left hand the best shooting hand in world. For months he practiced by himself and decided not to tell anyone. In 1939, he showed up at National Pistol Shooting Championship. There other shooter approached him to give condolences and to congratulated him to have a strength to come and watch other in shooting championship.

Karoly replied, “I didn’t come here to watch. I came to compete.” Everyone was surprised to know that and what surprised people even more was the fact that he won that championship with his left hand.
The 1940 and 1944 Olympics were cancelled because of World War II.
Karoly kept training and qualified for 1948 Olympics and won Gold medal. He won 1952 Olympics also.
Moral:
To Achieve anything Worthy in Life one needs Attitude and Will. Skills and techniques can be learned, can be taught but not will. We need to Work toward our Goal with full Determination to Succeed.

It has been 30 Years on March 09TH since Shri. M. B. Srinivasan, the Music Legend has left for heavenly abode. To commemorate and Also to reminiscence his magical compositions, MBS youth choir, an organization operating from 1988 in Thiruvananthapuram, organized a special programme titled “Nashtavasanthathin Tapath nishvasam” WITH Ananthapuri FM as a media partner in Nishagandhi Auditorium on 09.03.2018, 06:00 pm.

The Worshipful Mayor Shri. V. K. Prasanth was the Chief Guest. Dr. George Onakkoor delivered the memorial speech. The MBS Youth Choir alongwith renowned playback singers such as Kavalam Sreekumar, Attukal Balasubramaniam, Khalid, Ravishankar, Anilram, Gayathri Jyothish, Shahul Hammed, Saritha Rajeev and Athira Murali enthralled the audience by rendering the mesmerizing compositions of the Music legend.

Obituary - AB Mittal former Sg. E. (DDG), DDK, Jaipur expires

Shri A.B. Mittal former Sg. E. DDK, Jaipur passed away yesterday (22.03.2018) at Bangaluru. Sh A. B Mittal was a very efficient IBES officer and had retired from service in 2000 from DDK, Jaipur.

Our Heartfelt condolences May God accord eternal peace to the departed soul and give strength to the
bereaved family to bear the great loss.
