Dear friends,
My 35.5 years of journey with AIR & Doordarshan is coming to an end on 31.05.2020 AN. This fantastic voyage of mine started in the year 1984 from All India Radio, then Calicut present Kozhikode as Engg. Asst. Then I have worked at All India Radio, Coimbatore, my home town, where I was born & brought up. There with all the support of my bosses and colleagues, I was able to complete my Engineering Degree in Distinction. Then in 1992, I got promoted as AE and posted at DDK, Bangalore, the days when Bangalore was so silent and beautiful. From Bangalore, in 1997, I got my transfer to DDK, Thiruvananthapuram, where I worked for 17 years as Asst.Engineer, Asst. Director (Engg.) & Deputy Director (Engg.). The days and experiences at Thiruvananthapuram are still green in my memory. Then in 2014, I got my transfer to DDK, Kozhikode, from where I am retiring as Director (Engg.) on 31.05.2020.
During this wonderful journey I had the opportunity to associate and work with legends, classic superiors and great colleagues. I carry all the beautiful moments and experiences in a special place of my memory. With all the constrains and difficulties, I had in my personal life, I have always given my maximum in all the assignments and the endeavors at my work place and also at home in bringing up my differently-abled kid(s). My journey would have been very difficult without the unconditional love and support of my superiors and colleagues.
If you reach your destination safe and tireless, then it can be assumed that whatever happened on the way were for good only.
So, thank you all for everything, take care and stay safe in this tough time of survival.
