Why don't I see any images, though I see the news articles?
The app downloads pictures after text to ensure a better all-round experience. The pictures appear instantly when using Wi-Fi or 3G. If the internet connection speed is too slow, however, pictures will be downloaded very slowly or prevented from loading altogether.
Can I use the AIR News app when I'm abroad?
We advise you to check with your telecom service provider operator prior to using the app abroad. Most monthly plans charge extra for data roaming while overseas which can often be expensive. Contact your service provider for details on the roaming tariffs.
