आकाशवाणी कारगिल केन्द्र पर गणतंत्र दिवस समारोह

Jammu and Kashmir, 69th Republic Day was celebrated at all the Centers of All India Radio Kargil and Deputy Director General (E) AIR Kargil B Jaya Prakash Babu hoisted the National Flag at AIR Headquarters at Baroo, during which all the officials, Family Members, and more than 200 children including 50 inmates of Bal Ashram participated.
On this occasion interacting with the employees and the children B Jaya Parakash told that children should focus on their studies and choose a profession so that we have a better future and a well build nation which was the dream of those who fought for this republic.
He further told that All India Radio is here in this frontier district to serve the public for which all the member of the society has to come forward and should help in to provide the best service whether it is Programme Production, News, or quality of the service.
National Flag was also hoisted at HPT Kurbathang, AIR Drass, Tai Suru and Padum and the employees celebrated 69th Republic Day.
Team of AIR also recorded the Republic Day Celebration in the Border District at Khree Sultan Choo Stadium where the Chief Guest CEC LAHDC Kargil Kacho Ahmad Ali Khan Hoisted the National Flag.A special Radio Report of the Celebration was aired from AIR Kargil at 8 Pm and coverage of the same in the Two Purgi News at 5.25pm and 7.30 pm as well as in New Reel Programme Kargil Namah at 9.30 Pm was appreciated by the people.The Station also successfully relayed the President Speech and broadcasted its Regional Version in Purgi as well as relayed the Governors Speech also from Jammu.
