A three days workshop on Establishment Rules and Practices was organised by RABM(P), Ahmedabad at All India Radio, Pune from 15/11/2017 to 17/11/2017. Legendary Shri. Panduranga Rao, DDA(Retd.) was the course coordinator. The workshop was inaugurated by Shri. Gopal Autee, DD(P) and Programme Head, AIR, Pune. The workshop covered all major topics of Establishment Rules and Practices. Shri. Yateesh Hadke, Sr. A.O., CRD, Mumbai delivered lecture on GST. Shri. Bhausaheb Pagare, Sr.A.O., AIR, Pune delivered lecture on Leave Rules, Pay Rules, Pay Fixation and most importantly he covered the latest topics such as PFMS, GeM, BHAVISHYA etc. The workshop concluded with vote of thanks by Shri. P.Narendran, AD(P), RABM(P), Ahmedabad. Certificates were handed over to the participants by the auspicious hands of Shri. Ashish Bhatnagar, DDG(E) and H.O.O., AIR, Pune. In his address Shri. Ashish Bhatnagar emphasized and appealed to every participant to be the master of his or her domain and be focused on the area of work he or she is dealing with. At the end of his speech, a motivational short documentary was shown which was highly applauded by the participants.
