Shri S.Hanumanta Rao, Assistant, All India Radio, Visakhpatnam retired on 30.10.2017 on attaining the age of superannuation. Shri S.Hanumanta Rao's Date of Birth is 27.10.1957. His native place is Tadepallegudem, West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. He initially joined at AIR, Hyderabad on 31.10.1980 as LDC. On his promotion as UDC he posted at AIR, Visakhapatnam in the year 1989. On transfer in the same capacity he joined in the O/o EE CCW(C), Hyderabad in 2005. Again on promotion as Assistant he posted at AIR, Visakhapatnam on 1.5.2012. He served 37 years of service to the Organization. He is very nice gentle man and maintains cordial relations with all the staff members and public also. His working style is very versatile. He is very sincere and devoted person for the duties. He is impartial and treated all staff equally in ensuring that legitimate dues are paid to them on time, He used to check various accounts, pension papers thoroughly and draft official letters accurately.

Apart from his official career, Shri Rao is also a poet, short story writer and Essayist in Telugu language. Since 1976, his articles are publishing prominent Telugu Dailies and Weeklies. His short Story collection "SOLLU PHONU" was released on his retirement day.
