AIR Pune invited Shri. Dwarkanath Pawar, Manager IT Cell, Bank of Maharashtra, Pune. A session was organised in Auditorium on 28th April at 11:00 a.m. At the beginning Shri. Ashish Bhatnagar, DDG (Engg.) and Head of Office and Shri. Ravindra Khasnis, Asst. Director (Prog.) and Head of Programme section, felicitated Shri. Pawar and his team. Shri. Pawar explained various digital payment systems like Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), Aadhar Enabled Payment System (AEPS), Unified Payment Interface (UPI) and Wallet system. He told how to download BHIM application and its process of transferring funds to other party, limit of fund transfer, its safety etc. One of his team members gave information about various types of bank loans like Car loan, Home loan etc. Then there was interaction session in which staff asked their doubts and got satisfactory answers from Shri Pawar and his team.
