I watched #kashmir daily with absolute pleasure & keen mind.since there were no people in the huge hall,just 14 of us including staff, I could feel the pleasure of being alone, Of course with Actor Director Mushtaque Ali Ahmed khan.The script is very apt & tight & writer has evolved it while being part of it & has used camera very beautifully but I could not adjust with lights at certain places..Mir Sarwar has given his best facial expression & dialogue delivery was excellent. Background score by Raja Bilal was equally done beautifully, he has used shahimumtaz in a befitting way for one or two songs which are there.
Hyder played by Director himself was loose at times but realizing it Hussain would make comeback soon..Neelam has given very good shots at places & Rajindra Tikoo is the beauty of movie & theme & script, This character lives in every street of Kashmir & Sayeed sahib(Zamir sb) in civil secretariat building....
I met with both Director & Lead Actor after the screening & opined that movie should have ended at the shot where Journo Hussain scumbs & frame should have freezed there only as spycam had recorded all & climax should have been left to viewer to imagine or knit..
But i give it ****¹/2 ranking..
