Sh. Satyanarayan Singh, LDC, CBS, AIR, Chandigarh Retired on 31.01.2017.

Consequent upon his retirement on superannuation Sh. Satyanarayan Singh, LDC, CBS, AIR, Chandigarh is retiring on superannuation on 31st January 2017. Sh. Singh was born on 10th January 1957 at Distt. Chhapra (Bihar). He got Middle education at Chhapra. On the advise of some familiar, he came to Chandigarh to search employment during 1971. He got first job in private sector at Chandigarh & performed very well temporarily. The 01st day of the June 1979 was a special day in his life when he had joined Central Govt. service at CBS, AIR, Chandigarh as Peon. Meanwhile, he got married. During his stay in the department, he passed his Matriculation examination. On the basis of seniority-cum-fitness basis, he was promoted as LDC & posted at AIR, Shimla during 1996. After two years of service of LDC at Shimla, he got transfer at CCW (Civil) Chandigarh. Thereafter he was posted at CBS, AIR, Chandigarh during 2002. 

He was offered promotion as UDC at J&K & thereafter at Jalandhar, but couldn’t accept due to other stations & his family circumstances. During discussion, he explained that he performed the marriages of all his four children in Chandigarh & surrounding area. He has won a great achievement by making a house at Chandigarh. He had great learning experiences during his entire service. He told that he has seen many rises & falls during his service but always tried to perform his best, with the result he had always been getting full co-operation from his colleagues. Hence he would like to say that his retirement day i.e. 31st January 2017 is also a great day when he is retiring from Govt. service after completing 37 years 07 months & 30 days in the service by the grace of GOD. He has got various momento/Certificates from this Department towards his best service. He thanked all his colleagues & delivered a message for all to do their work honestly, maintain discipline & co-ordination for the welfare of the organization & the nation as a whole.
