A three day Workshop on “TEAM BUILDING & LEADERSHIP QUALITIES ” conducted by Regional Academy of Broadcasting & Multimedia (P), Thiruvananthapuram was inaugurated today morning 05.10.2016 (Wednesday) at RABM(P), Thiruvananthapuram.
Shri. Radhakrishnan.S, ADP, RABM(P), Thiruvananthapuram, Smt. Lekha Gopal, PEX, RABM(P), Thiruvananthapuram, and Dr.Prakash Ramakrishnan , Course coordinator were present in the inaugural session. “ Leadership & Team: An overview, The Essence of Transformational Leadership, Interpersonal Relationship at workplace, Problem solving & Decision Making, Techniques of Motivating a Team, Managing & Resolving Conflicts, Attitudinal Change, Practical exercises based on these topics” etc: will be dealt with in detail during the three days.
Dr.Prakash Ramakrishnan , Course Coordinator, Former Professor, Kerala Agricultural University and visiting faculty at the Institute of Management in Government; subject experts such as Shri.Jose Ebenezer, Assistant Executive Engineer ,(Power Training Institute) , KSEB, Thiruvananthapuram and Shri.Vijay Menon, who is a Trainer; an HRD Consultant and a visiting faculty at the Institute of Management in Government, will handle the various sessions.
16 participants from various All India Radio & Doordarshan Kendras of South India are participating in the workshop.
