आकाशवाणी लखनऊ के वरिष्ठ संगीत संयोजक पद पर कार्यरत ,टाप ग्रेड कलाकार, उस्ताद युगांतर सिंदूर अपने कलमकार दिवंगत पिता प्रोफेसर राम स्वरुप सिंदूर की स्मृति में प्रत्येक वर्ष साहित्य जगत की किसी एक विख्यात प्रतिभा को सम्मानित करते हैं । इसकी छठवीं श्रृंखला में इस बार डा.शिव ओम अम्बर और प्रोफेसर शारिद रुदौलवी सम्मानित होने जा रहे हैं।मुख्य अतिथि उ.प्र.की पर्यटन मंत्री प्रोफेसर रीता बहुगुणा जोशी हैं और इस अवसर पर अखिल भारतीय मुशायरा और कवि सम्मेलन का भी आयोजन होना है। इस वर्ष का यह समारोह लखनऊ के संगीत नाटक अकादमी परिसर में कल शनिवार,13अक्टूबर को सायं 6-30बजे से होने जा रहा है।
उन्होंने साहित्यिक रुचि रखने वाले लोगों को समारोह में सम्मिलित होने के लिए निमंत्रित किया है।प्रसार भारती परिवार इस आयोजन के सफलता की कामना करता है।

G.EIayarasi was invited for an interview programme by AIR FM LRS Dharmapuri in its Worker's Programme broadcast on 10/10/2018 at 12.10 pm. She was frank in her expression and has great dreams for the upliftment of transgenders. The programme was conducted by Shri.R.Murali PEX.

आकाशवाणी इलाहाबाद से वर्ष 2007में सेवानिवृत्त केन्द्र निदेशक श्री केदारनाथ यादव का आज सुबह (13अक्टूबर को )हृदय गति रुक जाने से वाराणसी के एक नर्सिंग होम में निधन हो गया ।कुछ वर्ष पहले अपनी पत्नी के देहांत के बाद से ही वे डिप्रेशन में चल रहे थे।उनके साथ आकाशवाणी इलाहाबाद में कार्यरत रहे इंजीनियर श्री आर.एम.मिश्रा ने वाराणसी से फोन पर मुझे आज यह दुखद सूचना दी है।

वर्ष 1947 में जन्मे श्री यादव आकाशवाणी इलाहाबाद में बतौर केन्द्र निदेशक 27-11-2000 से 30-6-2007तक की अवधि में नियुक्त थे।वे अत्यंत हंसमुख और लोकप्रिय अधिकारी थे।उन्होंने कृषि रेडियो अधिकारी के रुप में आकाशवाणी में अपनी नौकरी की शुरुआत की थी और वे बहुत दिनों तक नार्थईस्ट में पोस्टेड थे।उनके दो पुत्र हैं।

प्रसार भारती परिवार अपने इस कर्मठ साथी के निधन पर शोक व्यक्त कर रहा है और मृतात्मा की शांति के लिए प्रार्थना कर रहा है।दुख की इस घड़ी में उनके परिजनों के साथ खड़ा है।

Telangana: Community radio station that ensures local voices are heard, completes a decade

The small community radio was started by Dalit women of Zahirabad mandal with the aim of broadcasting programmes in a 30-km radius of Machnoor village




Illiterate Dalit women who started a community radio which survived against all odds in the small village of Machnoor in Sangareddy district of Telangana will be celebrating their 10th anniversary on October 15. This celebration of Sangham Radio, India’s first all-woman community radio and the first Dalit managed radio, will be attended by UNESCO officials and communication experts from across the country.
“No one expected it to last long. Sangham radio has completed a distinguished life of 10 years and intends to go stronger and stronger,” said P V Satheesh, head of Deccan Development Society, an NGO, which helped the women start the radio.

The small community radio was started by Dalit women of Zahirabad mandal with the aim of broadcasting programmes in a 30-km radius of Machnoor village. The main issues covered in the form of discussions and information dissemination is marital harmony and domestic violence, crop failures, livestock diseases, and frequent water scarcity. At least 50 villages in a 30 sq km radius tune into the radio every day for its programmes.


The radio has up to 50,000 listeners. Every day there is a two-hour programme from 7 to 9 pm where they discuss wide-ranging topics and in spite of cable TV, people tune into this radio programmes in the villages. The radio jockeyes talk in their own dialect which is spoken in the surrounding villages. Every day they discuss a new word from their dialect as they feel that the language is dying. They also play cultural songs. They have a call in the facility now also and sometimes people even call to report a lost sheep or cow,” a DDS official said.When the radio was started in October 2008, the region was faced with issues like debts, failure of crops typical to the region, livestock-rearing, lack of healthcare and educational guidance. Faced with these issues, women of Machnoor village suggested the idea of having a radio to Deccan Development Society (DDS), an NGO which works in the region. Instead of starting and running the radio station on their own, the NGO decided to train two women in operating the systems after providing the necessary infrastructure, and asked them to become radio jockeys on their own, choose the form and content and the kind of programmes they wanted for their community.Algole Narsamma and G Narsamma become the first rural woman radio anchors and jockeys. While they continue to remain the main radio jockeys, they have trained several other women to become anchors and radio jockeys. Sangham Radio works very differently from regular radio stations. They only use chaste local dialect, slang and pronunciation, which is a mix of Telangana Telugu, Marathi, Kannada and Urdu. The women also go out to the villages to conduct interviews and take opinions from people. They seek tips from farmers who had a good crop or cultivated a new crop like soya which is new here and share the information on radio......

महात्मा गांधी के 150वीं जन्मशती वर्ष में विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों के साथ ही साथ उनके जीवन आदर्शों पर केन्द्रित एक विशेष परिचर्चा का भी आयोजन किया गया । जिसमें 91 वर्षीय वयोवृद्ध स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानी पद्मश्री डा. महादेव प्रसाद पाण्डेय 84 वर्षीय वयोवृद्ध स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानी श्री बालचन्द्र कछवाहा एवं वरिष्ठ पत्रकार और सम्पादक श्री रमेश नैय्यर शामिल हुए । परिचर्चा के साथ ही साथ आप सभी ने अपने बचपन में राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी की स्मृतियों और उनके साथ गुजारे लम्हों को भी साझा किया । इस परिचर्चा का प्रसारण आकाशवाणी रायपुर से दिनांक 16 अक्टूबर 2018 को रात्रि 10 बजे से किया जायेगा । परिचर्चा की अवधि 30 मिनट की होगी ।

AIR Pune organised five days FM Transmitter training programme.

From 8th Oct. to 12th Oct. 2018 AIR Pune and NABM Delhi jointly organised 5 days training programme. Training session No. 183618 for ADE/AE/SEA/EA of All India Radio was conducted and the response of participants was overwhelming. During the training, participants came from all over India were learnt about 10 kW FM Transmitter (R & S make). Shri.R.B.Ram, Director(Engg.) NABM Delhi was Course Director and Shri. Ashok Kale, Asst. Director (Engg.) AIR Pune was course coordinator as well as worked as faculties. Other faculties were Shri. S.D.Pant Deputy Director (Engg.) from NABM Delhi and Shri. S.S.Raman Asst. Engineer from AIR Pune. Shri. Prashant Pehekar, SEA from Regional Workshop, Mumbai gave practical training about testing and repairs of PA. On 8th and 12th Oct. during opening and Valedictory session, Shri. Ashish Bhatnagar, Deputy Director General (Engg.) had an interaction with trainees. He appeal the participants to share their knowledge with their colleagues which they gained during this training session. Shri. Satyaprakashji, Joint Director (OL) AIR Directorate was invited as Chief Guest on Valedictory session. Shri. Ashish Bhatnagar, DDG(E) and Head of Office, Shri.R.B.Ram, Director(Engg.) NABM Delhi, Shri. Gopal Autee, Deputy Director (Prog.), AIR Pune, Smt. Sangeeta Upadhye, Asst. Director (Engg.) AIR Pune, Shri. Ashok Kale, Asst. Director (Engg.) AIR Pune graced the function. Shri. Ashok Kale delivered the welcome speech. Chief guest Shri. Satyaprakash emphasised on using Hindi for official correspondence and elaborated about synonym of technical words in Hindi. He entertained by rendering Gazals and Poems. Then Shri. R.B.Ram and Shri. Gopal Autee addressed the gathering. Dignitaries distributed the certificates to all participants. Smt. Upadhye presented vote of thanks. The function was hosted by Smt. Jyoti Kaulwar, EA, AIR Pune.

Ustad Ali Akbar Khan - the single most decorated musician of his generation !

The Ustad’s repertoire was a rich mix of common raga-s like Durga, Shree, Todi, popular light raga-s like Piloo, Sindh Bhairavi, Zilla Kafi, and classical and semi-classical or folk-based melodic entities created by him. Amongst his own creations, the most successful classical raga-s have been Chandranandan, Gauri Manjari, and Jogiya Kalingara. Amongst his more celebrated semi-classical creations are Bhoop-Mand and Palas Kafi. 
He had a peerless command over melody, and evolved several new directions for exploring the melodic potential of ragas (melodic matrices). He was an unmatched master of the rhythmic element in music, and performed in a wider range of talas (rhythmic cycles) than any of his contemporary instrumentalists. He was a “musicians’ musician”, held in awe by the musicians’ community for his uncanny blend of orthodoxy and pathbreaking innovativeness. 
Ustad Ali Akbar Khan was amongst the most successful duet artists of the 20th century. Partnering with only sitarists, he gave memorable duets with Ustad Vilayat Khan in the 1950’s. For films, he also did a few duets with Pandit Nikhil Banerjee. The most durable, partnership, however, was forged between him and Pandit Ravi Shankar in the 1960s. Of the Ali Akbar-Ravi Shankar duet, Lord Yehudi Menuhin had said - “To be present, as I have been, at a chamber music recital by Ravi Shankar and Ali Akbar Khan, each goading the other to new heights of invention, is an experience more magical than almost any in the world. One is in the presence of creation”. 
Ustad Ali Akbar Khan enjoyed a long and fruitful association with the film industry. In 1953, he composed the music for Chetan Anand’s “Andhiyan”. Thereafter, he composed the music for Ivory-Merchant’s first film, “The Householder”. His music for Tapan Sinha’s “Kshudita Pashan” won the President’s award for the best music of the year. In 1960, he composed the music for Satyajit Ray’s “Devi”. He collaborated later with Bernardo Bertolucci on the music for the film “Little Buddha”. 
The Ustad created, and inhabited, a world of his own - a world in which there were only Swaras (musical notes), Ragas, Talas, and Bandishes (compositions). This world of his remained insulated from the world outside. His worldly affairs were managed entirely by his family members and trusted disciples. Even when he performed on the stage, he was oblivious of audiences. He spoke to his Sarod, and his Sarod responded with the grace, depth, and luminosity that no other Sarod has been able to match.

आकाशवाणी लखनऊ में वरिष्ठ संगीत संयोजक पद पर कार्यरत आकाशवाणी के टाप ग्रेड कलाकार उस्ताद युगांतर सिंदूर के विख्यात कवि पिता प्रोफेसर रामस्वरूप सिंदूर की स्मृति में हर वर्ष दिया जाने वाला सम्मान समारोह 13अक्टूबर( कल) की शाम लखनऊ में अत्यंत भव्य रुप से सम्पन्न हुआ।मुख्य अतिथि लखनऊ की मेयर श्रीमती संयुक्ता भाटिया थीं।मुख्य अतिथि के हाथों से यह सम्मान प्राप्त करने वाले शायर प्रोफेसर शारिब रुदौलवी और कवि डा.शिव ओम अम्बर हैं।इस अवसर पर एक भव्य कवि सम्मेलन और मुशायरा भी सम्पन्न हुआ ।देर रात तक चले इस आयोजन में लखनऊ की ढेर सारी साहित्यिक और राजनीतिक विभूतियां उपस्थित थीं।समारोह के अंत में उस्ताद युगांतर सिंदूर ने सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया।
पुरस्कार प्राप्त वरिष्ठ कवि डा.शिव ओम अम्बर की इन पंक्तियों पर श्रोताओं की ख़ूब दाद मिली-
"रो रो मरने से क्या होगा, हंसकर और जियो ।
वृद्ध क्षणों को बाहुपाश में कसकर और जियो ।"
तो उधर अनेक शायरों ने प्रोफेसर सिंदूर की इन कालजयी पंक्तियों का बार बार उद्धरण दिया - 
"मैं अरुण अभियान के अंतिम चरण में हूं,
मैं प्रणय से प्रणव के हस्तांतरण में हूं।"
शायर जनाब मंजर भोपाली,कैसर ख़ालिद,डा.पापुलर मेरठी,ताहिर फ़राज,मोईन शादाब और श्वेता भारद्वाज आदि को भी सराहा गया ।गंगा जमुनी कवि सम्मेलन , मुशायरे का संचालन मोईन शादाब ने किया और समारोह की सम्मोहक शैली में उदघोषणाएं जितेश ने कीं।डा.सीमा भारद्वाज के संगीत निर्देशन में युवा कलाकारों ने सरस्वती वंदना और राष्ट्र गान गाकर समारोह को भव्यता प्रदान किया।

आकाशवाणी वार्षिक पुरस्कार 2017 के अन्तर्गत आकाशवाणी रायपुर की प्रविष्टि रूपक मोर संग चलव रे (महिलाओं से संबंधित विषय) को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मेरिट सर्टीफिकेट प्रथम पुरस्कार प्राप्त हुआ है । इसके लेखक श्री समीर शुक्ल कार्यक्रम अधिशासी और प्रस्तुतकर्ता श्री यादराम पटेल कार्यक्रम अधिशासी एवं प्रस्तुतिदल के सदस्य श्रीमती सुमिता राॅय बर्मन कार्यक्रम अधिशासी इन-सीटू व श्री धर्मदीप डोंगरे प्रसारण निष्पादक थे । इसकी अवधि 19 मिनट की थी । छत्तीसगढ़ के विभिन्न गांवों में महिला सशक्तिकरण की मशाल बन चुकी श्रीमती फुलबासन यादव के व्यक्तित्व और कृतित्व पर केन्द्रित रूपक मोर संग चलव रे अभावग्रस्त और अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्तियों को अपनी आंतरिक शक्ति की पहचान कर स्व उत्थान की प्रेरणा देती है । घोर अभाव मुक्त बचपन और अल्प शिक्षा के साथ परिवार और समाज में कठोर विरोध के बावजूद अपने दृढ़ संकल्प और इच्छा शक्ति के बल पर संघर्ष करते हुए श्रीमती फुलबासन यादव ने सम्पूर्ण छत्तीसगढ़ में 12 हजार से अधिक स्व सहायता समूह बनाकर लगभग ढाई लाख महिलाओं को इसका सदस्य बनाया । इन समूहों द्वारा एकत्रित धनराशि पच्चीस करोड़ रूपये से भी ज्यादा है । तीस से अधिक राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कारों के साथ उच्च नागरिक सम्मान पद्मश्री प्राप्त श्रीमती फुलबासन यादव की सफलता की कहानी जारी है । ये कार्यक्रम आपके प्रयासों के प्रति एक सम्मान प्रदर्शित करता है ।
