आकाशवाणी कोल्हापुर केन्द्र मे हिन्दी पखवाड़े का शुभारंभ हुआ
आकाशवाणी कोल्हापुर केन्द्रमे 14 सप्टेंबर 2018 को हिन्दी पखवाड़ेका शुभारंभ हुआ । इस पखवाड़ेके उपलक्षमे बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के आंचलिक कार्यालयकी राजभाषा अधिकारी सुश्री ज्योती सिंगजी को प्रमुख अतिथीके रुपमे आमंत्रित किया गया ।
राष्ट्रीय एकात्मता मे हिन्दी भाषा का महत्व इस विषय पर सुश्री ज़्योतीजीने बहुतही सरल और सुलभ तरीकेसे मार्गदर्शन किया ।
यह समारोह अभियांत्रिकी विभाग प्रमुख श्री. सतिश पड़लकर की अध्यक्षता मे सम्पन्न हुआ । इस समारोहमे कार्यक्रम अधिकारी श्री प्रवीण चिपलुनकर ,आकाशवाणी कोल्हापुरके अधिकारी और कर्मचारी सम्मिलित हुए ।

आकाशवाणी, वडोदरा मे आज दिनांक 14.09.2018 को हिन्दी दिवस बड़े धूम धाम से मनाया गया। मुख्य अतिथि डॉ. माणिक मृगेश और सम्मानित अतिथि श्री टी.एन. लामा, प्रबंधक, MSTC, वडोदरा उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम के प्रारम्भ मे केंद्राध्यक्ष महोदया सुश्री मीनाक्षी सिंघवी,उपनिदेशक(अभि.) ने सभी उपस्थित सदस्यो का स्वागत किया और उन्होने हिन्दी की महत्तता समझाई तथा सभी से हिन्दी मे अधिकतम कार्य करनेका आव्हान किया।
इसके पश्चात आकाशवाणी के कलाकारों द्वारा हिन्दी गीत प्रस्तुत किया गया। डॉ. माणिक मृगेश जी ने हिन्दी के उत्थान का इतिहास बताया। कार्यक्रम को आगे बढ़ाते हुए श्री डी.एम. चौहान द्वारा स्वरचित काव्य पठन किया गया। श्री टी.एन. लामा जी , प्रबंधक, MSTC, वडोदरा ने अपने प्रवचन भाषण के दौरान हिन्दी को दिल से अपनाने का आग्रह किया।
अंत मे श्री डी. एम. नावाणी, सहायक निदेशक(अभि.)/हिन्दी अधिकारी ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन प्रस्तुत किया और कार्यक्रम समाप्ति की घोषणा की गई।

दूरदर्शन के 59वें स्थापना दिवस पर क्षेत्रीय सेवा दूरदर्शन भोपाल मध्य प्रदेश रिक्रियेशन क्लब द्वारा व्याख्यानमाला का आयोजन
दूरदर्शन के 59वें स्थापना दिवस पर "दूरदर्शन की लोक प्रसारक भूमिका और आज के परिदृश्य में चुनौतियाँ "विषय पर व्यख्यानमाला में अपने अनुभवों को साझा किया गया । कार्यक्रम का संचालन दूरदर्शन रिक्रियेशन क्लब अध्यक्ष द्वारा किया गया, कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता श्री पी आर आर्या, उप निदेशक (अभि.), ने वा मंचासीन मुख्यवक्ता ड़ा. संजय कुमार , कार्यक्रम प्रमुख और सुश्री पूजा वर्धन समाचार प्रमुख रहे। परस्पर संवाद से दूरदर्शन को श्रेष्ठतम बनाऐ रखने के लिऐ सभी ने संकल्प लिया।
तकनीकी, कार्यक्रम , समाचार, छायाकार , और प्रशासनिक अनुभाग द्वारा इस अवसर प्रधानमंत्री जी के स्वच्छता अभियान के तहत दूरदर्शन केन्द्र परिसर को स्वच्छ रखने के लिऐ सभी ने प्रण किया, व परिसर में फलदायक वृक्षों का रोपण सभी अनुभाग प्रमुखों के द्वारा किया गया।
सभी अनुभाग के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों ने इसमें अपना सहयोग दिया।
इस सफल कार्यक्रम के लिऐ आभार , विशेषकर श्री मोरोलिया,देवेश पाण्डे, बलदेव मिश्र,कुलदीप नारायण , अविनाश का सहयोग उल्लेखनीय रहा।
सभी अनुभाग के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों ने इसमें अपना सहयोग दिया।

आकाशवाणी पुणे केंद्र में 'राजभाषा हिन्दी दिवस'सम्पन्न हुआ।
आकाशवाणी पुणे केंद्र में दिनांक १४ सितम्बर २०१८ को माननीय श्री. आशीष भटनागर जी (उप महानिदेशक तथा कार्यालय प्रमुख) की अध्यक्षता में 'राजभाषा हिन्दी दिवस - २०१८ 'का मुख्य समारोह सम्मेलन कक्ष में सम्पन्न हुआ। इस अवसर पर कार्यालय के विभिन्न अनुभाग के प्रमुख और कर्मचारी उपस्थित थे। श्री. साहेबराव सोनवणे जी (सहायक निदेशक, राजभाषा अनुभाग ) ने श्री. आशीष भटनागर जी का पुष्पगुच्छ देकर स्वागत किया। अपने भाषण में श्री. सोनवणे जी ने इस पखवाड़े में आयोजित विभिन्न हिंदी प्रतियोगिताओ की जानकारी दी और सब को बढ़ चढ़ कर हिस्सा लेने केलिए आवाहन किया। तत्पश्चात विभिन्न अनुभाग के प्रमुखों को इस साल में अपने अनुभाग में हिंदी में किये गए कार्यालयीन कामकाज की जानकारी देने केलिए आमंत्रित किया।
अभियांत्रिकी अनुभाग की ओर से श्रीमती संगीता उपाध्ये (सहायक निदेशक) मैडम ने बताया कि नियंत्रण कक्ष और उच्च शक्ति प्रेषित्र में सभी कार्यपंजी, रजिस्टर को हिंदी भाषा में अनुवादित किया गया है तथा सभी अभियांत्रिकी कर्मचारी हिंदी में कार्यालयीन पत्राचार कर रहे हैं। श्री. नितिन केलकर जी (सहायक निदेशक, वृत्त अनुभाग) उनके अनुभाग में सुचारु रूप से हिंदी में हो रहे कार्य को विस्तार से बताया। श्री. अरुण सोलंकी जी (सहायक निदेशक, कार्यक्रम अनुभाग) ने कार्य कक्ष (ड्यूटी रूम ) में पूरा काम हिंदी भाषा में होने की बात कही। प्रशासन अनुभाग में विभिन्न कार्यलयोंसे हिंदी में पत्राचार करने के प्रयासों की जानकारी श्री. सोनवणे जी ने दी। श्री. भटनागर जी ने श्री. शशि शेखर वेम्पटी जी (मा. मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, प्रसार भारती ) से प्राप्त हुआ सन्देश पढ़ा । श्री. सोनवणे जी ने श्री. एफ. शहरयार जी ( मा. महानिदेशक, आकाशवाणी ) से प्राप्त हुआ सन्देश पढ़ा। अपने अध्यक्षीय भाषण में हिंदी राजभाषा में कार्य करने केलिए सब को प्रोत्साहित करने का प्रमुख श्रेय श्री. सोनवणे जी को दिया। हिंदी में इ-मैगज़ीन को प्रस्तुत करने के प्रयासोंको सराहा। अन्त में श्री. सतीश रामटेके जी ने आभार व्यक्त किये और चाय नाश्ते के वितरण के पश्चात कार्यक्रम समाप्त हुआ।

I was chosen for my articles on Rivers (esp.about small rivers and their cultural heritage),Radio features on small rivers and other articles. My articles were published in journals like Telugu Velugu, Andhrapradesh, Annadata, Ramyabharathi, Misimi, Telugu- Vidhyardhi,Charitra-Samskruthi and Visakha Samskruti. I have written articles on small rivers like Nagavali, Vamsadhara,Penna, Champavathi,Gosthani,Swarnamukhi, Sarada,Bahuda,Gundlakamma,Chitravati, Tungabhara, Sabarmati and also on big rivers like Yamuna,Narmada and Pranava Prayaga(Ganga+Yamuna+Saraswathi).
My radio playlets(natikalu) are Ranathabhor,Kanuka,Yachamanayakudu and Viplavajyothi Veer Savarkar.I have produced 17 radio features on rivers. I tried my level best to satisfy the radio listeners and magazine readers through my contribution.

Public Demo of Digital Broadcasting and Brain storming with Engineering students at Pune.
On the eve of Engineers Day, Broadcast Engineering Society (India) Pune Chapter organised a special event at Akashvani auditorium to showcase the Digital Transmission capabilities to All India Radio. Around 150 selected students from 14 top Engineering colleges of Pune along with their faculty members were invited at Akashvani auditorium on 14-09-2018 for this special function. After a brief description of the activities of BES(I) and a welcome address by Mr. Ravindra Ranjekar, Hon. Secretary BES(I) Pune Chapter, Mr. Ashok Kale, Assistant Director (E) and In-charge of Digital Radio Transmissions Pune gave a Keynote lecture on 'Digital Broadcasting – Implementation in India'. This lecture was followed by showcasing the live demonstration of Digital Radio Broadcasting (DRM) which has already been implemented at Hadapsar, High Power Transmitter at Akashvani Pune. The audience was exposed to the comparative listening of Analog Radio Signals (AM) and Digital Radio Signal (DRM). There was significant quality enhancement when the Digital Radio was switched ON. The Engineering college students were also shown various constellation diagrams and Data capabilities of the professional Digital Radio Receiver which were projected on screen.
After this session on Digital Radio Broadcasting, the teams of Engineering college students who had developed and demonstrated their projects related to broadcasting in 2017 were felicitated on stage by office bearers of BES(I) Pune Chapter. These participants, many of whom have now joined reputed companies as fresh engineers, shared their experiences and stated that this out of box competition generated a great deal of interest about Science and Technology of Broadcasting among the Engineering college students. This gave them the opportunity to work in a real time domain and on actual ground projects. Mrs. Sangeeta Upadhye, Vice President BES(I), then announced the broadcasting project competition for this year and gave a thought provoking presentation on the possible project themes. This brain storming session helped the Engineering college students and faculty to identify the possible areas of their work, which can culminate as successful projects for development of broadcasting in our country. The event ended with formal speeches from Mr. Ashish Bhatnagar, President BES (I) Pune Chapter, Mrs Kalpana Gokhe, Vice President BES(I) Pune Chapter and thanks giving speech by Mr. Ashok Bhapkar, Hon. Treasurer BES(I) Pune Chapter.

Shyam Benegal, Adoor Gopalakrishnan inaugurate PSBT-Doordarshan films at Open Frame Film Festival
The third segment of the PSBT Open Frame Film Festival 2018 consisting a host of films produced by PSBT and Prasar Bharti was inaugurated on Saturday (15 September). The event was attended by pioneering filmmakers of Indian Cinema, Shyam Benegal and Adoor Gopalakrishnan, who have also been long serving trustees at PSBT.
Speaking after the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, Benegal emphasized on the importance of an organization like PSBT in nurturing young documentary filmmakers to follow their passions on the issues and subjects of their choice. Similarly, Adoor Gopakrishnan also commended an annual avenue like the Open Frame Film Festival for sustaining the spirit of independent film practice. In the last 18 years, PSBT’s contribution to the documentary practice has been immense with about 700 films and 500 filmmakers that it has supported, with several films receiving critical acclaim at other film festivals across the world. Both Shyam Benegal and Adoor Gopalakrishnan also underlined the need for new generation of filmmakers and film practitioners to collaborate and support PSBT in continuing the spirit of independent, small-budget cinema in the face of transforming media and broadcasting platforms.
Managing trustee, Rajiv Mehrotra, extended his gratitude to Prasar Bharti and Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) for their continued support. He also thanked the film and media practitioners who have mentored the PSBT films and filmmakers as well as the team behind the success of Open Frame, especially the festival coordinators Tulika Srivastava, Radhima Mehra and Anjuli. The opening film for the evening was Vipin Vijay's Anthropocene Relooked. The film raises questions about human perspectives and histories of narration through an interesting juxtaposition of the filmmaker’s thoughts with a gradually drowning island of Ghoramara in Sundarbans. The film opens with shots of sounds of the sea and image of a boat from various angles then cuts to scenes from excavated Megaliths and rock art caves in Chhatisgarh. From here on Vipin’s attempt to subvert conventional narration begins and he chooses to delve into the archaeology of human imagination. The mode of the film is summarized by a question - what if the landscape and the things within it could speak their stories?
Anthropocene refers to the present geological epoch. However, Vipin’s film instead of offering a self-righteous narrative of climate change, lets the landscape and his chosen subjects at Ghoramara speak. Their stories are different from the mainstream. These submerging islands are their lives everyday.
As the film progresses, the voice over takes on snatches of local myths, folk tales, religious allusions and even local poetry. Several images in the film capture the stillness of time alongside the ravages of nature. During the Q and A session with the audience, Vipin restated that his intention in the film was not to make a focused film on climate change but to present it as a regular lived reality for people removed from its discourse. The discussion threw up provoking questions on the choice of imagery, the dissonance between the voiceover and images, and the representation of an anthropological imagination of the filmmaker itself.

विविध भारती सेवा आकाशवाणी बोरीवली मुम्बई मे 14 सितंबर 2018 को हिन्दी दिवस के अवसर पर कार्यालय मे समारोह का आयोजन किया गया। इस समारोह मे सभी कर्मचारी अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। इस अवसर पर आकाशवाणी के महानिदेशक श्री. एफ शहरयार द्बारा जारी अपील का वाचन प्रभारी राजभाषा श्री. राम करण मीना ने किया और प्रसार भारती के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी के संदेश का वाचन केन्द्राध्यक्ष श्री. विवेक सिह ने किया। इस अवसर पर केन्द्राध्यक्ष श्री. विवेक सिह ने कहा कि विविध भारती सेवा एक हिन्दी चैनल है अत: कार्यक्रमो के अलावा सभी कार्य हिन्दी मे ही होने चाहिए। इसलिए हम सबको शत प्रतिशत कार्य हिन्दी मे ही करना चाहिए। सभी कर्मचारियों व अधिकारियों को हिन्दी पखवाड़ा की गतिविधियों मे बढ चढकर भाग लेना चाहिए।
