World Radio Day is being celebrated in Malappuram district by installing the NewsOnAir app in mobile phones in three busy bus stations.Organised by All-Kerala Radio Listeners' Association,the function at Areekode was inaugurated this morning by installing the app in the mobile phone of the local Panchayat vice-president A.M.Shafi.
'My mobile is my radio;it's always with me' is the catch-line of this programme,which is being held at Manjeri and Kondotty too.
