ZPCC meeting of All India Radio stations begin in Kohima

The North-East Zonal Programme Co-ordination Committee, ZPCC Meeting of All India Radio Stations began today in Kohima. The meeting is hosted by AIR Kohima under the aegis of Additional Director General (Programme), North East Region (NER). Heads of Programme and Programme Executives of the region are attending the two-day meet. Advisor NER, D.N Basumatari, in his inaugural address stressed on the need to produce more quality radio programmes for the listeners. He said with the allotted amount of budget sanctioned to every station, more unique and quality programmes should be produced and broadcast to restore the glory of AIR stations.
