He was First OSD, TV In 1960 When TV was under the Research Dept of AIR. First Director of Bombay TV (1974/76), First DG, Doordarshan (When Doordrashan was separated From AIR) 1976/79
Prasar Bharati Parivar talked to his daughter at Chennai and offered it's choicest best wishes to Shri P.V. Krishnamoorthy and prayed for his healthy and long life.
