Shri Milan Bandhu Bhattacharjee, Employee of Accounts Section of All India Radio, CCW, Siliguri retired on superannuation from service on 28.02.2019. He was the person with a smilling face and most helpful personality irrespective of designation & status of person concern. The fact which I never forget that he was the first mentor to me in my Service Career. I want to take this opportunity to wish him good luck in all the endeavors he is going to face in his future !
