A comprehensive YOGA programme by Iyengar Yoga Dipam (IYD), Chennai will be telecast on DD National for 26 weeks, from Monday to Friday at 6:30 am. The programme is also likely to be repeated at 8:30 am every day. The first episode will be telecast on Tuesday Feb. 05, 6:30 am.
The idea of this programme, the reason why IYD accepted to do this, is to promote and create an awareness of Iyengar Yoga in the Centenary year of Guru Shri. BKS Iyengar.
