Bhupathi Vijaya Kumar: Assistant Engineer. Doordarshan Kendra-HPT,Hyderabad,Telangana. Son of Late Bhupahi Venkata Narsayya, renowned former MLC, Sri.B. Vijaya Kumar joined the department as Engineering Assistant on 26/6/1986 from the department of P&T.Completed 32 years service as on date and worked as EA/SEA and AE at various establishments of DD and AIR.Worked at DDK/Ahmedabad as SEA.Got AE promotion through Departmental Exam and Joined at LPT/Badrachalam. Later he worked at LPT/Karimnagar and installed 500W (1+1) LPT. Now he is retiring from HPT/DDK Hyderabad and witnessed changeover of TV Transmission from Analog to Digital (DTT) era.Roped in many Engineering Colleges in and around Hyderabad for student internships and contributed as internship faculty and earned revenue for the department.Prasar Bharati Parivar wishes him a very happy, healthy, peaceful and contended retired life.
