5thJune, 2018 “World Environment Day” was celebrated with “Tree Plantation” at Doordarshan Kendra Rajkot. “One employee,One Tree” was the theme of this celebration. All the staff members actively participated in the campaign to save the environment. 45 saplings were planted within DD premises. Under the leadership of Smt. Anila Shah Chowdhary, Assistant Director (E) all the staff members took the pledge that they will take care of their plant and will jointly work hard to make DDK Rajkot a “Clean Kendra, Green Kendra”
