I am Monali Thakre working as a Transmission Executive at AIR Hyderabad.I joined my station on 1st July 2016. Its my first exposure and assignment outside my home area Amravati ,Maharashtra.
I was very excited and also some what nervous as it is totally new place to work. Not only new place new culture,new language also.Hyderabad AIR already have reputation of friendly and cooperative work culture. After coming here I experienced the same. My batch mate , colleagues and seniors help me a lot to acclimatize this place. Due to their sincere help I settle here within short time. I started working and learning here with new vigour. Working in a multi-culture place with multi skillful people, it was really wonderful experience.
