My experience of working as a transmission executive in the prasar bharti was a very important learning period. The dynamic nature of the duty room makes you alert interactive and answerable. The programmers try to utilize almost every opportunity of making people aware, informed, educated and entertained. This is very much inspiring.
The promptness with which people ring you up to suggest something or to complain when there is a mistake and also to appreciate when they like a program makes me feel that this organization provides direct democracy an opportunity to work. The rule of the daily meeting of the staff before initiating the routine of the day is very useful in making the organization responsive.
The amazing power of the word and the voice is the most invaluable thing which I learnt from this organization. Moreover being felicitated through interviews by the Akashwani and the doordarshan has always been motivating to the strugglers, the successful persons and the people from every strata of the society.This organization has the unbelievable potential of keeping high the morale of the nation.
