Sh. Bhupen Chandra Deka , Sr.Technician ,All India Radio, Guwahati retired on 31.st Dec.2017.Sh.Bhupen Deka had joined as Helper at AIR TURA and after that he served at PPC and DDK Guwahati, AIR Tawang and AIR Guwahati as Technician and Sr.Technician.. He was dedicated and sincere in his profession. During small programme he was honoured with the hands of Sh.R.C Boro Director (E) with beautiful memento.
