All India Radio, Ooty celebrated 20th Anniversary of prasarbharati on 22-11-17. Two events were conducted.
1. 5Hectares of vacant land near staff quarters site were cleaned by our staff as a part of swachh bharat activity 150 Tree saplings which aer native to ooty were planted.2 . Blood donation camp was also organized on the same day 22 Units of Blood collected from staff and listeners. District collector Smt.Innocent Divya, IAS and other Government representatives were present and inaugurated both the events.
Smt.P.Chitraleka ADP, AIR, Coimbatore (addl. Charge to AIR, Ooty) and V.Sivaramakrishnan, AE, Head of Engg organized the function.
