Radio Kashmir continued its interactive audience programme Naamwar in April too. This time the guest being renowned TV producer and Film maker Mr.Bashir Budgami. The hugely attended get together lasted for over 2 hrs. A well researched paper on the life and works of Mr. Budgami written by Dr.Sohanlal Koul was delivered by Talha Jahangir.Well known poet and broadcaster Mr.Rafiq Raaz presided over the function while as Mr.G R Sofi-Chief Information Commissioner was the Guest of Honour on the occasion. Programme Head of Radio Kashmir Srinagar S.Humayun Qaisar while welcoming the guest assured that eminent personalities from various field will feature in future editions of Naamwar. He added that RK Srinagar will provide platform for public to interact with personalities of repute.
