12th November, Public Service Broadcasting day is being celebrated as OPEN DAY by Akashvani Pune. Station has used IVRS facility of newly installed telephone exchange to get the registration of visitors done, who shall report at designated time at Akashvani Shivajingar Pune. They will be given a glimpse of selected rich archive of Akashvani Pune in it's Auditorium and then will be escorted to Studios and Control room by engineers. Thereafter they will be brought to the reception area where an exhibition of old vintage broadcast equipment.
Dedicated employees of all the disciplines are working in a mission mode to make this first Open day event memorable for visitors.
