Since 1st December 2015, Akashvani Pune staff invests 5 minutes in the morning for a motivational capsule at it's conference room. Day begins with a 3 minute motivational video in hindi ( easily grasped by our MTF friends) followed by 2 minutes of silence. This helps in creating a focused and composed approach for the staff so that they can give out their best for the organisation in the day.
The man behind this mission is Shri Ravindra Ranjekar, AE who invests hours of his personal time to search and collect these motivational videos and plays them for the benefit of staff and organisation with Shri SM Chaudhary AE every morning.
