Consequent upon his retirement on superannuationSh. Vinod Kumar , Head Clerk, CBS, AIR , Chandigarh is retiring on superannuation on 30th September 2017. Sh. Kumar was born on 27th September 1957 at village Bhawani Pur Distt. Solan (HP). He got High School education at Chandigarh & thereafter did his Graduation in 1976. The 11th day of the November 1983 was a special day in his life when he had joined Central Govt. service at AIR, Jalandhar as CG-II. On the basis of seniority-cum-fitness basis, he was promoted as UDC & posted at DDK, Kasauli during 1993. After stay at Kasauli for two & half year he got transferred to AIR, CCW (Electrical) Chandigarh in 1996. Thereafter, he joined on promotion as Head Clerk at CBS, AIR, Chandigarh during November 2014.
He had great learning experiences during his entire service. He told that he had experienced many ups & downs during his service but always tried to perform his best, with the result he had always been getting full co-operation from his colleagues. Hence he would like to consider his retirement day i.e. 30th September 2017 as a great day when he is retiring from Govt. service after performing 34 years of splendid service by the grace of GOD. He got various mementos/certificates from this Department towards his best service. He has won a great achievement by owning a home at city beautiful ‘Chandigarh’. He is blessed with two children (son & daughter). He always tried to maintain the co-ordial relations with all the staff members. He thanked all his colleagues & delivered a message for all to do their work honestly, maintain discipline & co-ordination amongst themselves for the welfare of the organization. On the day of his retirement on superannuation, Prasar Bharati Parivar extends Best Wishes to Sh. Vinod Kumar for a happy and peaceful life.
