To encourage the staff, AIR Pune is nominating one of the staff members from Engineering, Programme and Administration sections as ‘Best Employee Of The Month’. On 10th July a function was organized to honor the prize winners. Smt. Upadhye (Asst. Dir. Engg.) announced the name of Shri. Sanjay Chaudhari as Best Employee for May,17 and Smt. Ujwala Bhave as Best Employee for June,17. Shri. Jagdish Rao (PEX) declared Dr. Pratima Jagtap as Best employee for May,17 and Shri. Anil Pingle for June,17. Dr. Jagtap’s contribution as writer and actress in Marathi weekly series ‘Mast Chalalay’ was well appreciated. She was actively involved in live coverage of ‘Palkhi’. Shri. Pagare (Sr. AO) announced Shri. Bharat Borkar as Best Employee for May,17 and Shri. Sudam Shewale for June,17. Except Dr. Jagtap all winners were actively involved in ’Pandharpur Wari’ coverage and preparing radio report. AIR Pune was broadcasting daily radio report of Pandharpur Wari and all AIR stations in Maharashtra were relaying this report.
Shri. Ashish Bhatnagar (DDG Engg. and Head of Office), Shri. Gopal Autee (Deputy Director and Head of Prog.), Shri. Ravindra Khasnis (Asst. Dir. Prog.), Shri. Bhausaheb Pagare (Sr.AO) and Shri. Nitin Kelkar (Asst. Dir. News) graced the function. All these officers presented Mementos to award winners. Farewell to Shri. Ravindra Khasnis (ADP) who is transferred to CSU Mumbai , was followed after this occasion. Shri. Khasnis, in his farewell speech congratulated the awardees and expressed gratitude towards all staff of AIR Pune. Shri. Ashish Bhatnagar appreciated the dedication of all winners and appeal the staff to follow their path. He thanked Shri. Khasnis for his cooperation and gave best wishes for future.
