All India Radio Jeypore (O) celebrated its 54th Foundation Day on 28th June, 2017 by starting the day with plantation in the AIR, New Colony. All the staff members participated in this programme with exemplary enthusiasm. Around fifty saplings of a variety of forest plants were planted by the staff members.
In the evening the Recreation Club of All India Radio, Jeypore organized a get-together where the artists who performed in the award winning Akashvani Annual Award programmes of All India Radio, Jeypore were felicitated. The celebration reinforced the feeling of All India Radio as a family.
