Sri M N Rajiv ( ADP) Born in Pala, Dist. Kottayam , Kerala. He passed Ganapraveena from Sree Swathi Thirunal College of Music,Thiruvananthapuram after finishing BSc Maths from St Thomas College Pala. He joined Govt service as music teacher in GHS Chundangapoyil Thalassery, in 1984. He joined Akashvani as PEX in 1988 at A I R Kozhikkode. He served at Gulbarga, Goa, Mangalore, Kannur and Thrissur. Many innovative and trend setting programmes were produced by him for broadcast. Childrens programmes were modified to accommodate every child below 16 years. He produced programmes on Folk Music of north Malabar which were widely appreciated.
