A three day Workshop on “Model Calculations - Pension & Income Tax” commenced today Morning 10 am in coordination with All India Radio, Devikulam conducted by Regional Academy of Broadcasting & Multimedia (P), Thiruvananthapuram. The sessions are coordinated by Shri.S.Nagarajan, AO, All India Radio, Kadapa. Practical Exercises on various types of Pension Calculations, Voluntary Retirement, Calculations of other common types of Pensions, Ideal Pension Calculation, Income Tax Calculation will be done during the workshop which will end on Thursday the 23rd of February 2017.
Shri.N.N.Balachandran, Assistant Accounts Officer, Office of the Principal Accountant General(A&E), Thiruvananthapuram and Smt.Rakhi Krishnan, AO, All India Radio, Thiruvananthapuram are the other two visiting faculties for the Course. 26 participants from various All India Radio Stations and Doordarshan Kendras are participating in the Workshop.
The team work and the hospitality shown by All India Radio, Devikulam for the conduct of this workshop is worth mentioning. Shri.P.R.Shaji, AD(E) and Head of Office, Shri.G.Sriram AD(P) and Sri.P.D.Saju, Accountant/Head Clerck , All India Radio, Devikulam are all sincerely involved along with Regional Academy of Broadcasting & Multimedia(P), Thiruvananthapuram in the smooth conduct of the Workshop.
