Every year Feb 13 is celebrated as World Radio Day. To commemorate this, All India Radio, Tirupati in association with Dept of Mass Communication and Journalism, Sri Padmavati Mahila Viswa Vidyalayam, Tirupati has organised a seminar to discuss the importance of Radio in the changing scenario in the seminar hall of the university on 10-02-2017. The seminar was well attended and all the participants expressed happiness regarding arrangement of such a useful seminar in an academic ambiance.

In this connection AIR arranged an exhibition related to radio.
Network of AIR stations of AP and TS will broadcast a report about this function on world radio day that is on September 13th Monday at 10 am.
