Overviews
It will comprise comprehensive overviews of the syllabus on the term-basis, along with the explanation of model question papers. The lectures will be delivered by experienced teachers, according to an official release. The series aims at equipping students with direction and precision in their preparation. It also intends to help students face the examination without undue stress. Minister for Education C. Ravindranath will flag off the series with his message to the students.
Following this, K.V. Mohan Kumar, Director of Public Instruction, will convey information regarding the examination. Lectures summarising the first term syllabus of Malayalam I and II, English, Hindi, Social Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology will be held from January 3 to 13, with a different subject being covered each day.
The second term syllabus will be covered from January 16 to 26, followed by the third term syllabus from January 27 to February 8. From February 9, the explanation of model question papers, and tips regarding preparation techniques and reducing exam-related stress will be covered by the series.
Vijayavani will be aired by the Thiruvananthapuram, Alappuzha, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode, Kannur, Manjeri, Devikulam and Kavaratthi (Lakshadweep) stations of AIR.’ Students can also access the lecture series through DTH/Cable services, the AIR website and the ‘All India Radio Live’ mobile application.
