Sh P.K.Sibil, AO is retiring on attaining the age of superannuation on 31st March, 2016.
Sh P.K.Sibil, presently working as Administrative Officer had joined AIR, Sambalpur on 05/05/1977 to the post of LDC. With the passage of time, he climbed up steps after steps in the hierarchy and became Administrative Officer at the station where he had begun his service. During his 39 years of service career he served many stations of AIR and DDK in the state in capacities like UDC & Accountant. He is a sober, soft spoken and hard working person. A silent but sincere worker having cool temperament is much admired by his colleagues.
